1. High fill factor
The fill factor of the LED display (FillFactor is also called bright area ratio, that is, the ratio of the light emitting area of each pixel to the physical surface area occupied by the pixel. The LED display screen is composed of discrete pixels, and there are obvious differences between the pixels. The black area is not illuminated, and when viewed at close range, the screen is incoherent, and uneven brightness produces graininess. If the light source is limited to a very small pixel surface area, the brightness of a single pixel is several times or even ten times the brightness of the entire screen. Multiple times, it will cause a more serious slapstick. According to LED display industry TCO'99 standard, fill factor should not be less than 50%, Currently in the LED display market, many LED display screen fill factor can reach this target. For LED displays with the same dot pitch, the ones which have a small fill factor will have small attenuation than the ones which have a large fill factor, so the viewing distance needs to be increased. If the LED display control system low-pass filter passband is 4M Hz and the attenuation characteristic of high-frequency is 12db/octave, then the viewing distance of the led displays which have 25% fill factor is more than 1.15db lower than the LED displays which have 50% fill factor , and the viewing distance needs to be increased by about 10%. The increase of the fill factor makes the viewing angle of the display screen wider and the color mixing effect more ideal. It overcomes the glare problem of the pixels and also creates the conditions for properly improving the brightness of the entire screen to obtain better results. LED displays which have 60% fill factor, also have a moderate soft brightness, uniform bright colors, clear and delicate expression, to ensure the high quality of the LED display screen.
2. The color temperature can be adjusted
The color temperature is the temperature determined by comparing the shape of the emission spectrum of the emitter with the shape of the best fitted blackbody emission spectrum. When we uses an LED display as a background, the color temperature should be the same as the color temperature of the lighting in the room in order to obtain accurate color reproduction during vieiwng. the lighting is based on the program requirements.
Sometimes we 3200K low color temperature lamps, sometimes we use 5600K high color temperature lamps, LED display need to be adjusted to the appropriate color temperature, in order to obtain good viewing effect.
3 viewing distance should be appropriate
As mentioned above, the best LED viewing distances is different because of different fill factors and LED display pixels The suitable distance between the person and the LED screen is about 4-10 meters, so that when you take a picture, you can get a relatively good background picture. If we are too close to the screen, the background will appear grainy when we take a picture, and moire is also likely to occur.
